Finnish Sauna

Sauna & Swimming Pool facilities will be ready 1st of April 2012.

The sauna stove is heated with wood-burning fire heating the sauna
room to the required temperature 80-90 degrees Celsius. To produce
steam, known as "löyly", water is thrown on the hot stones on the top
of the stove.

Sauna is deeply relaxing and a great way to melt away stress. Enjoy
the heat for 15 minutes or as long as you feel comfortable. Then step
out and cool down in the cold water pool. Stay in the pool about 3
minutes and repeat the process. Heat soothes the body, slowing down
the activity of internal organs. Cold, in contrast, stimulates and
invigorates, increasing internal activity.
